SHIPPING DETAILS:

Forget about waiting day after day for your items to ship. Orders ship within 24 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Overnight Shipping, call for custom rate quote (602)788-1640

Ground orders placed no later than 3:00PM Arizona time will be shipped same day.

RETURNS:

If you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from date of purchase. Orders returned beyond this 30 day period will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and orders returned after 60 days will be refused and sent back to sender. We accept products back that are unused and with tags attached. Please return the item/s as shipped to you: in the manufacturer's box with all tags and paperwork included. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name and the item/s being returned along with reason for return.

WARRANY:

If for any reason you feel the product has failed and falls within the manufacturers warranty policy, we will be glad to process the warranty for you. Please send us the information on how the product is not performing along with your name, address, email and phone number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used. The credit card used must support international address verification. If the card used does not, a verified PayPayl account may be used as a second option. Please send an email to customerservice@galaxyboardsports.com if there are any questions.
